I received a damaged product for which I did not receive any money back.
Response from supplier:
Dear honorable Customer,
Sorry bring you not good experience. But lucky that one sample was totally good, not any problem. and other 2 LCD screens are good except 2 place scratch of the frame. sorry for that affects appearance.
But the goods were in good condition and pictures were confirmed before shipment and package strong with wooden. There must result from rough transportation handling during sea shipment by your forwarder.
The damages caused by logistics is not covered under our warranty, but as a gesture of cooperation, we agree to deduct sum $150 from your next order.
